Return Eligibility
Return Window
Customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements

- Free from any damage, marks, or signs of use
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Consumable products (including but not limited to craft supplies)
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale”
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Products missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
Return Process
Initiation
- Contact our customer service team at hello@rolyfiredesigninc.com to request a return.
- Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
- Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any items.
Packaging
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include all original components and accessories.
- Enclose a copy of the original receipt.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping
- Ship the item to our return address provided above.
- Use a trackable shipping method.
- Retain proof of shipping until the return is processed.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after inspection.
- Bank processing may take up to 30 additional days.
Refund Method
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- Gift returns will be processed as store credit at the original purchase price.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for unopened items within the 30-day return window:
- No restocking fee applies to exchanges.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- New items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
- Size or color exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
For items received damaged or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the issue
- Wait for return shipping instructions from our team.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Rolyfire Design Inc.
Gift Returns
For items received as gifts:
- The gift recipient may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns will be processed as store credit.
- The original order number or gift receipt is required.
- Store credit will be issued at the original purchase price.
